Better conversations
That sounds logical, but it is not in practice. If everything that matters can be said and heard, that is the better conversation. This not only gives room to resistance, but also to all experience, knowledge, expertise, and ideas. In other words… to the potential of the group.
Inclusive decisions
Support does not arise just like that. Decisions taken too quickly regularly lead to tension, resistance, and conflict. If all voices are given space, and the wisdom of the minority is added to a decision to be taken, that leads to truly supported decisions.

When it comes to collaboration and successful teams, I think there is much to learn from nature. Take the starling, for example: magical, how it moves as one in a group with others.
A starling blindly trusts that together with others he can create his ‘network’. Fluid, light, and playful; without shortchanging himself. And together they form one powerful whole, protecting each other against dangers from outside.
How beautiful it is if every organization, group, or team can operate like that.
That is exactly what drives me. And why I chose the image of flying starlings as a symbol for CoResolvers.
