Background
Stephanie van Rossum (1972) is an experienced process facilitator, (team) coach, and trainer in the field of personal, leadership, and team development. As a certified CoResolve instructor, she trains leaders in working according to the Deep Democracy methodology. Since 2021, she has been working from her company CoResolvers, based on the CoResolve method that originated from Deep Democracy.
